Randy graduated from NC State University in 1976 with a degree in Industrial Arts. He began his career as a project manager for G&G Builders, supervising employees in all aspects of residential construction.
Randy has hands-on experience that has built the solid reputation of G&G Builders. His attention to detail and quality of construction is the foundation that G&G Builders was built on.
As part of the Greene family, Amos started working at G&G Builders in 1986. In 1997, he graduated from NC State University with a degree in Civil Engineering.
With a desire to focus on commercial construction, Amos joined a design-build construction firm in Raleigh as a superintendent and later a project manager. Seven years later, he brought his valuable commercial experience back to G&G Builders to build upon the reputation established by Jimmie and Randy Greene.
Neal brings over 25 years of construction experience to G&G Builders and oversees all labor activities in the field operations. Neal is committed to customer satisfaction and getting the job done right the first time. His attention to detail and working with others is unmatched in the construction industry.
Mike is a graduate of East Carolina University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management. He has 18 years of construction experience including Project Supervision, Project Management, Construction Estimating, and Project Development. Mike holds a North Carolina General Contractors License in building and highway. Mike manages the field operations and oversees all of the project superintendents. As a detailed oriented construction professional, Mike strives to complete a perfect job for every owner that he has the privilege to work with.
Kim draws from her years of experience in the health care industry to manage the day to day operations of the G&G Builders office.
From accounts payable to contract writing to payroll, Kim handles the multiple task of a busy office environment.
Justin started at G&G Builders in 2011 as an assistant superintendent. Justin worked his way up to become a valuable superintendent with extensive field experience. In 2020, Justin moved into his new role as a project developer. Justin brings his many years of field knowledge to his new role. As a project developer, Justin works with the customers on the front end of the project to turn their ideas into a reality.
