G&G Builders is an unlimited unclassified general contractor. This license allows G&G Builders to self-perform all of the grading and utility work outside of the building. By self-performing this work, we are able to maintain a high quality of work and at the same time have better control of the construction schedule. The work that we can perform includes:
- Clearing and grading
- Storm drainage
- Storm water detention ponds
- Domestic and fire water services
- Sanitary sewer services
