ABC Store

Location: Wendell, NC
The Wake County ABC Commission selected G&G Builders after a competitive bid process to build the Wendell ABC Store. This building was one of the first locations to combine a public retail store with a wholesale facility for local restaurants and bars, and was composed of conventional steel with a metal-stud roof system. The exterior was all masonry and stucco. G&G Builders also completed all of the site work and utilities for this facility, which included off-site sewer, permeable pavers, and connecting the parking lot to the adjacent State Employees Credit Union.
