Creating a place to store the goods and staff of the Wake County ABC system was a massive project for G&G Builders—one that involved an interior upfit of an existing warehouse structure—but we weren’t intimidated! We added around 26,000 square feet of office space to this building, as well as a 12,000 square foot mezzanine/overlook for the office staff. There will also be dedicated areas for the six full-time sworn officers who enforce the Alcoholic Beverage Control laws of North Carolina, known as the Wake County Board of Alcoholic Control Law Enforcement Division.
