Location: Bolivia, NC
CommWell Health has grown from a single health center to multiple locations serving over 22,000 annually throughout a six-county region of southeastern North Carolina. The Health Center’s profound commitment to the communities it serves is clearly reflected in its rich history and solid mission to increase access to comprehensive primary and preventive health care and to improve the health status of our community, especially for the underserved and vulnerable. This project included a number of exam rooms and offices, a lovely reception and waiting area, and an X-Ray room and triage space.
