Location: Raleigh, NC
The “before” and “after” photos of this project demonstrate our determination to complete a total transformation of an old building into a state-of-the-art new gym. This project included the removal of old wooden siding, the repair of rotten framing, the replacement of insulation, the installation of new metal siding and windows, and the establishment of a storefront entrance. We reworked and installed new plumbing, and completed an electrical and HVAC overhaul of the building, while removing part of the second story to create a mezzanine overlooking the workout area. The addition and relocation of steel columns allows for even more space above the newly finished gym floor.
