Location: Flowers Crossroads, NC
G&G Builders was asked by the owner of this property to enter the bidding process for two shell buildings in the Waterfront District of Flowers Plantation. Once we were selected for the job, we completed the buildings with a combination of wood and steel structural construction and a brick/EIFS (exterior insulation and finish system) exterior. The Waterfront District of Flowers Plantation is a neo-urbanism development that will eventually host a variety of amazing businesses including waterfront restaurants, a tavern, hotel, condos, and other mixed-use locations.
