Foxtail Coffee Co. was founded in 2016 in the heart of Winter Park, Florida, and we were proud to support their expansion up to Apex, North Carolina—”The Peak of Good Living“—with this fantastic location. Their inviting and comfortable spaces feature rustic decor, cozy seating areas, and friendly staff. They believe that coffee should be purposeful, celebrated, and enjoyed, and have built a company that reflects that philosophy. Adding reclaimed wood to an already open floor plan only increases the warmth of the atmosphere. We wish them the best of luck in their new adventure!
