Landon Estate Wedding Venue

The Landon Estates project involved both the renovation of a house built in the 1800’s and the construction of a brand-new 6,000 sq ft event space.
Even the finest old homes deserve care after a while, so we revised the original floor plan to add a bathroom, refinished the original hardwood floors, and installed a new wrap-around porch that uses an architectural balustrade system. We also constructed a new, arched, double-front entry door; reinforced the foundation; and constructed an outdoor kitchen area at the back of the house.
The new venue has polished concrete flooring, a stone fireplace and chimney, custom wood architectural trusses and columns, skylights in the event hall, board and batten siding, an arched entry door, and several sets of French doors throughout. In addition to the event hall, it also includes a lounge area, patio, and a warming kitchen.
