The owner of this property, Sassom LLC, heard about G&G Builders from their architect and chose us as the contractor for this sprawling single-story retail space in Wake Forest. Wheat Field is located across from Heritage High School, near the Publix-anchored Shoppes at Heritage Village and the Harris Teeter-anchored Heritage Station. Eight food-and-beverage spots are available at the Wheat Field Shopping Center; five tenants have recently opened, including Cravin’ Confections, with another three set to open soon.
