Foxtail Coffee Co. was founded in 2016 in the heart of Winter Park, Florida, and we were proud to support their expansion up to Apex, North Carolina with two fantastic Apex locations—Hunter Street and Sweetwater. Sweetwater is a large, master-planned community in Apex situated in the rapidly growing Triangle region. It’s known for abundant amenities and excellent walkability, designed to emphasize pedestrian access with trails and event lawns to connect the hub. This gorgeous coffee shop will not only serve delicious craft coffee and food to this community, but will also house their Foxtail Gelato program as well. We wish them the best of luck!
